Brindley Associates

An advisory partnership where every client gets a named adviser — and an app to book them, message them and send them the paperwork.

  • Named adviser
  • Client app included
  • Plain English

What the client app does for you

Your account, as the firm sees it

Open the app and see the matters we hold for you, what stage each one is at and who is handling it. No ringing round to ask where something got to.

Book your adviser directly

See the slots your adviser actually has open and take one. Reschedule from the same screen when the week changes on you, which it does.

Send and receive documents without email

Photograph a letter, upload a statement, download a signed copy. Everything lands in the right file on our side instead of an inbox.

Message the person doing the work

Secure messaging goes to your named adviser, not a general enquiries queue. The thread stays with the matter, so nothing is explained twice.

Status updates as they happen

When a filing goes out, a response arrives or something needs your signature, you are told — with the next action spelled out in plain terms.

One record of everything

Advice given, documents exchanged, decisions taken and dates agreed, kept in one place you can read back through at any time.

How clients engage us

Four ways to work with the practice. Scope and fees are set in writing before anything begins.

Start here

Initial consultation

A first conversation to understand the situation and tell you honestly whether we are the right firm for it.

  • A structured conversation with an adviser
  • A written summary of what we discussed
  • Our view of the options open to you
  • A scope and fee proposal if you want to proceed

Ongoing advisory retainer

A standing relationship with a named adviser for clients who need someone who already knows the file.

  • A named adviser and a second who knows your matters
  • Scheduled reviews through the year
  • Secure messaging between reviews
  • Full account and document history in the app

Project and transaction support

Defined-scope work with a start and an end: a restructure, a sale, a funding round, a change of ownership.

  • An agreed scope and timetable
  • Stage-by-stage status in the app
  • Document exchange with everyone who needs it
  • A closing pack you keep

Annual review and compliance cycle

The recurring obligations handled on a calendar, with reminders that reach you before the deadline, not after.

  • A year-planner of your dates
  • Reminders ahead of each one
  • Documents collected through the app
  • A written review at the end of the cycle

Fees depend on scope and are agreed in an engagement letter before work starts. Nothing on this page is advice.

What clients say about working this way

★★★★★
I can see what stage my matter is at without writing an email to ask. That alone changed how the relationship feels.
Helen
★★★★★
Documents go straight from my phone into the right file. I used to keep a folder of things I meant to post.
Raymond
★★★★☆
Messages reach the person who actually knows my file, so I am not starting the explanation again every time.
Aisha
★★★★★
Booking an appointment takes about twenty seconds, and the summary afterwards is written so I can follow it.

Questions clients ask before engaging us

Do I need to be a client already to use the app?

The app is for clients of the firm. Access is set up once an engagement letter is in place, and your existing matters appear in it from day one.

Who will I actually be dealing with?

A named adviser, introduced at the start, plus a colleague who is briefed on your matters so nothing stops when someone is away. Messages in the app go to them, not to a general queue.

How are my documents handled?

Documents are exchanged inside the app rather than by email attachment, filed against the matter they belong to, and remain available to you to download for as long as you are a client.

What happens at a first consultation?

We ask about the situation, tell you what we think it involves, and say plainly whether this is work we should take on. If it is, you receive a written scope and fee proposal before anything begins.

Can I still just pick up the phone or come in?

Yes. The app replaces the chasing, not the conversation — meetings in person and by video are part of how every engagement runs.

Request a consultation

Tell us your name and where to reach you, and an adviser will be in touch to arrange a first conversation.

  • An adviser reads your enquiry — it is not an automated inbox.
  • We reply by email to arrange a time that suits you.
  • The first conversation is about scope: what the work is, and whether we are the right firm for it.

Rather speak to someone than read another page?

Send us your name and an adviser will arrange a first conversation.
